Our ceramic welding technology uses a controlled projection of ceramic and metallic particles with oxygen onto a hot refractory surface. Through an exothermic reaction, both the powder and the substrate fuse, creating a strong ceramic bond. The resulting weld closely matches the original refractory brickwork in physical, chemical, and mineralogical properties, restoring structural integrity and enabling furnaces to remain in operation for longer periods with improved reliability.
